Description
DxREX is used for the planning and control of task-force-services. Received messages of a telephone-installation, via Email or via SMS or generated by the manual release of a predetermined event can be transmitted to preselected groups.The received messages is distributed to the configured group, a patching of the message through the DxREX is also possible. Incoming messages can be optionally analysed for keywords and transmitted by DxREX on matching unit-messages. The task-force use-planning takes place through manual or automatic group-activation to a selected time. The activation can be altered directly by authorized persons at the appliance or from a distance via SMS or Email. Any groups can be activated individually or simultaneously. The group-size can include up to 250 telephone numbers or addresses.
This way, topical information, that comes in via SMS, via Email or via telephone call to the DxREX, will be transmitted quickly to the responsible persons. Viruswarnings for computer-systems as well like installation-disturbances or accident-news find quickly the right task-force.
For the safety delivery with confirmation, after message receive and -reading, the respective recipient must send a confirmation SMS to DxREX. The affirmative persons can count automatically and shown by DxREX, so that information disposal task-force directly after alarm-release, is available. Continuous state-reporting can be done by the repetition of the message-transmission in an adjustable time-screen until the active-state of the messages is left.
For function-control DxREX offers a 2-line LCD-display
If a confirmation of the informed persons was selected, the number of the confirmed persons is shown in the built-in alphanumeric Display. Also the transmission of the messages can be shown there. Through the dispatch of a SMS or an Email you can switch up to four relay-contacts at the DxREX, which can be used for turning on a sprinkler-construction or to release a alarm. All transmissions are recorded in an internal file and can readout or are printed out anytime.
The programming of the system is simply held and can be enforced also by a not-technician. A configuration - and setting-software, that works on each PC under WIN95/98/NT/XP will be included in the delivery. The programming and configuration of the device can take place local or by long-distance-configuration from your desk. Telephone numbers, addresses, services and notification-texts can be changed at anytime. For DxREX, like for all Dx-devices, we offer an internet remote-control-system, under www.dxgo.net. With DxNET all actions of the DxREX will be shown and documented. Further DxNET-specific functions can be configured.
DxREX is delivered in a 19"/1HE-rack with display and user-buttons in one. It works with 230VAC and can be driven also with 12/24VDC. In the standard-implementation, a GSM-modem is included. Alternatively the transfer over the analogous or digital telephone-network is possible.
In order to guarantee alerting during power off or blackout situation, the system is buffered with an accumulator. The buffering-time can be varied according to size of the accumulator. Times between 1h and 200h are possible.
